My name is Franklin J Walker, and I owned 384, I had the engine rebuilt completely and a new Hartzell prop , from the time I bought it till the time I sold it , was aprox 12 yrs ,in that time , I put only 12hrs on her , it was sold to a guy in Russia, who wired me a check , I dismantled it , ready to put into a container for shipment , and the guy died , 6 months later, it did get sold , I regret the sale, it was a fine airplane, put at 19 gals per hr, on take-off , a little.
